Section 2 (F) Period 1966-70 – Larger Format Drawings / Watercolour / Coloured Inks. Thick thin lines dominate. Although the theme is familiar to Section 1 (H&S), surrealism in every aspect interacts with fantasy. In poetic fashion dynamic movement of line, colour, flat and textured areas unite to tell us a story yet denies interpretation. Whatever draws us near remains, our unconscious mind defined and fully comprehending.
